Our Intro Class are each week and are 1 hour and designed for new students. Pole and Lyra will alternate each week. In these classes you will learn terminology, build strength, flexibility, good form, technique and safety. Once a good base has been established then a student can move out of intro and into Level 1 classes to continue their journey.
For Pole Class you will want to wear shorts and a tank top. For Lyra class you can wear pants and a t-shirt/tank top. Make sure to not wear lotion the day of class. Do not wear rings, bracelets, watches, anklets to class or bring something to store your jewelry in.
