Aerial Slings is an aerial apparatus where fabric is suspended from a single point into a hammock. In aerial slings you will use the sling to support the body for inversions, core engagement, stretching, flexibility and can even help decompress the spine. In aerial you will gain and improve your body awareness, coordination, strength, flexibility and body awareness. Looking for some cardio & band conditioning? Then this is for you. Come and check out the HIIT style training class and get your heart pumping while getting stronger. Or join our Pump class and use resistance bands and your body weight to get stronger.
This class is for Anybody with Any Body who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Students will learn how to safely stretch their legs, hips, shoulders and back while at the same time building muscle control and balance. You can expect to work on fundamentals and then progressing poses in your journey.
